Return Policy

If you should need to return an item, SuperCarCovers.com wants to make it a hassle-free experience.
To initiate a return please contact a Customer Care Representative at 800-343-4601.
Please note our return guidelines below:

  • Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection.
  • A copy of your original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included with the return.
  • The returned item, its packaging, and instructions MUST be received in resalable condition.
  • (Resalablecondition means, that the item needs to be returned in its original condition with no scratches, tears, marks, or blemishes.)
  • Acceptance of the return in resalable condition is at the sole discretion of SuperCarCovers.com and/or the Manufacturer.
  • We will not accept a return of any item that has been installed, altered or modified in any way.
  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.
  • (CoverCraft, LeBra, DashMat, and Colgan Custom products will also be charged a $3.50 service fee per order in addition to the restocking fee when returned.)
  • All outbound shipping costs paid by SuperCarCovers.com are deducted from the refund, even if the order ships with Free Shipping, unless the return is due to a catalog listing error.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • SuperCarCovers.com or its manufacturers will not refund any labor or installation charges.
  • Any damage incurred during installation, improper installation or improper use of the product will void any warranty or eligibility to be returned.
  • Items that are non-returnable, except for warranty include:
    • Special Order Items
    • Any products with customizations such as logos, embroideries, or customer specified modifications. (These may also void any manufacturer warranty.)

    • CoverCraft - Sunbrella covers, WeatherShield HP covers in blue, red, green, black, and yellow, and WeatherShield HD covers

    • Saddleman - seat covers are custom made to order and non-returnable unless defective.
      ** Please use care when ordering.

    *Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of SuperCarCovers.com or the manufacturer receiving the return.

    *Refunds are issued to the original payment method at the time the purchase was made.

    * SuperCarCovers.com may request images to show any damages or incorrect items received before authorizing a return.

    *If your order is incorrect or was damaged upon delivery, SuperCarCovers.com must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

    Warranty Policy

    * SuperCarCovers.com honors all manufacturer warranties and adheres to any policies associated with their warranty.
    If your item becomes defective please contact SuperCarCovers.com to discuss sending your product in for warranty evaluation.

    • All warranty returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection.
    • A copy of your original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included with the return.
    • All outbound shipping costs paid by SuperCarCovers.com are deducted from the refund,
    • even if the order ships with Free Shipping
    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    *When sending any items in for a warranty evaluation, neither SuperCarCovers.com nor the manufacturer guarantees the items to be covered under warranty.
